I would like to compare my 1964 Tax return to my 1965 tax return. I lived in Lithonia, Georgia at that time. My name is William.

I would be very surprised if the government retained returns from 50 years ago. But you would have to contact, whatever agency you filed the returns with.

It is very inadvisable to post identifying information such as your full name on an open message board.

We are a global Question & Answer site. We do not have access to personal information.

Are those the correct years you wish to review? Did you prepare your own return or did you have someone do it for you?

There would not be actual copies, "maybe" a IRS summary but I even doubt that. They would not have been on computer then, and I do not believe they were ever added.

So the only way, I would know is if you saved them and had them.

I would wonder why anyone would care about 50 year old tax forms.

It is extremely UNLIKELY the IRS has those returns on record.

If they do, they are on microfiche and they WILL charge a significant fee to retrieve them for you.

Whoops, I assumed Lithonia, Georgia was Soviet Georgia, not US Georgia. But still unlikely those returns are available from the IRS.
