I had a tubal ligation on Oct. 2012. I've have regular periods since that last about 5-7 days. I had unprotected sex on 1/25/14 ish about 2 weeks after my Jan. period. I have had just this feeling of being pregnant, nausea, back pain, can't lay on my stomach too much, sore breast and even some nipple discharge. I had what I though was my period for about 3 days, that was "normal red color". But then it changed to brown and then as it slowly went away it was just a light pink as I wiped. Took a test a couple days before I started bleeding. Can I be pregnant?

Far too early to tell. You need to be at least 2 week late from your missed period to even start testing.

Also really most of those signs do not happen till much further into a pregnancy.

Do you still have all of those feelings ?

It could be any number of things. Pregnancy is one concern, but it isn't the only one.

Normally, I would say wait until you are two weeks late. However, since you had a tubal ligation and there is a greater chance of an ectopic pregnancy if it failed, I think you should err on the side of caution and contact your doctor.
