You don't usually "transfer" music from one application to the other. If you create something in Audacity and then save it to the PC, as long as its in a format that the application (WMP) can play, you can open and play the saved file with what ever application you want. Windows Media Player likes mp3 wma and a few others but will not play exotic files like Flac or Ogg. Most media players have an options or settings area where you can set the file types to associate with that player. Once a file type is associated, the music files icon of that type changes to that player and a double click opens it automatically. But it doesn't stop you from right clicking "open with" and selecting or assigning another application when you want.
