Calculate the equilibrant for 200g at 25 degrees, 150g at 110 degrees, and 95g at 300 degrees. The answer is supposed to be 230g at 220 degrees, I just don't know how to get there. Please show me all the work to get the answer.

Method: break each of the three force vectors into their x- and y-components, then add the x-'s and the y's to get a single resultant vector. Used Pythagoras to find the magnitude of that vector and Arctan(y/x) is the angle (but be careful of which quadrrant it's in). Show us your work and where you're getting stuck and we'll help you out.
