My boyfriend and I did use a condom. But 3 days after intercourse, I noticed some blood and I can't tell if it's my period or spotting. But then again, my last period ended 1 week and 6 days ago before the sex. Should I be worried?

Any time you have sex, pregnancy is possible. Wait until your next period. If you miss it, wait two weeks, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait for your next period, and if you miss it as well, test again or get a blood test done.
As for being worried, well, if you don't want to be pregnant, and you're having sex, then of course you should be worried about pregnancy. There is no form of birth control on the market that's 100% effective and condoms are the least effective of all the available contraceptives on the market today. There are women that use 2 or more forms of birth control and get pregnant, some more than once.
If you're having sex, you have to be ready to deal with a pregnancy. If you're not ready for that, you shouldn't be having sex.
Good luck.

If you don't want children, you should always be worried, particularly with a condom.
