I have a Glacier Bay825 Series Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet, installed two months ago. When first installed, the faucet neck swung freely from one side of the sink to the other; now its almost frozen in place. How can I fix this?

Hi Oldcop135

Unfortunately, the pull out spray and hose will need to be removed so you can lift the spout up and off the valve body and GREASE the ORINGS that are on the underside/inside of the spout...only way to fix this, for sure!! Clean the spout and the orings and be sure to use plumber's grease or any silicone grease (not caulking...God forbid!!) to lubricate things the spout and the orings, OK?

Back to you...

Mark.
