Okay so, my Fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for a few months now after we lost our first baby. We just kept trying and trying and it wasn't successful until I started keeping track of my mucus. My last period was the week of Christmas. I finished around Christmas Day. I have yet to get a period yet. I've taken 5 or more tests, all negative. I tested once every week or so, first thing in the morning. About 4 weeks ago I did have light pink spotting but only when I wiped, hasn't happened again. At the time I thought it was an implantation bleed now I'm not sure. I am urinating a bit more than usual and it's not even a lot most times. I'm also inhaling water non stop, constantly thirsty. What's going on?

Without knowing how many day cycle you normally have, and the date your period should have came at the end of Jan, in general, you do not even start testing till you are 14 days late. Which I assume is about now ? And sometimes even then it will not show up correctly for a few more weeks. (or more)
I would keep testing tilll you either show positive or you are two months late, at which point a doctors visit would be proper action
Inhaling water? Be careful, you could drown.
Now, when you are taking the tests, are you using first morning urine?

If you have an insatiable thirst for days or weeks... you really need to see a doctor... that can be one of very few obvious symptoms of something like diabetes (which most times has NO outward symptoms) which you do not want to leave untreated, its easily detected with testing... and that's not the only possibility.
Really good point Smoothy. An insatiable desire to drink water can be a symptom of Diabetes Insipidus and can be very dangerous.
Time for a medical intervention.
