Hi Big Bopper
In most cases like this, it is usually the aerator at the end of the faucet spout that is clogged up. Here, with any luck you will just need to unscrew the aerator and clean it (see image). You may need a pair of pliers to loosen the aerator (a couple wraps of duct tape can reduce any marks on the aerator). Be sure to run water without the aerator in place to check for full water volume/flow.
If you have a PULL OUT SPRAY HEAD type of faucet you will want to start by removing the spray head from the pull out hose, but be CAREFUL not to let the hose fall back into the spout...clear the screen, etc. and reinstall.
Let me know how you make out, OK?
