I found a picture in my fathers house. Its 101/275 "Quiet Harbor" it has a boat called TARANTINO it is signed but I can't make out the name looks like a Eira on the back of the frame there is a ticket of authentication. It is telling me that after the 275 one was made they defaced the plate. Can you help me in finding out if this picture is worth anything? Thanks
