What can I take after work to go to gym have no energy

If you need quick energy you need something with lots of carbohydrates-candy bars, granola, drinks. Longer energy sources are peanut butter, pastas etc.

You don't need to take anything. Just go. Work out. While you walk or drive there, think of the benefits you will derive.

Yeah, go for a walk instead sometimes. Work is exhausting enough, and relaxing exercise is often better for you. As for ingesting something, it doesn't have to be much - 1/3 of a granola bar and a few ounces of juice.

You can take a pre workout supplement but you have to be careful you don't over use it can fatigue your adrenal glands.
