Ok, so I don't really remember much about the movie do to I watched it once about 18-19 years ago. What I do remember though is that the cyborg is a woman cop and I. Believe she wears a red jacket in the movie. She also has a male human partner, oh she also rides a motorcycle. The most clear part to me is the ending where both of them go back to her creature and he gives her wings "my dad gave me these" she says and he gives him a mobile suit kind of thing with gun racks that pop out of its back. Anyway they end up fighting a massive army in the desert and win. He comes out of his suit thing picks her up off the ground and saysit's all over now and he carries her off and that's all I remember can you please help me figure this out I would greatly appreciate it!
