I just found out that I could have claim expspenses 2 yrs agi while caring for my sister & 2 teen kids through her estate. Can I claim some of my wages lost during that time and is there a time limit? My brother is the executor and has no clue? He said I should ask the lawyer who is looking over her estate but this will come with a bill that I can't afford hope someone with a little legal knowedge could help me

Are you asking if this can be deducted from your income tax? No. But If you are asking if the estate should reimburse you for your expenses, and pay you for your time, that is a closer case. It would depend upon whether you can prove the expenses, and if the estate agreed to pay you for your time.
