Return of a mobile home when it has been impounded, or at least just the belongings in it. Because you see my friend has been relocating a 29 foot trailer all over. Every day why? Because there seems to be a shortage of places in Mesa Arizona that will take that old of a trailer and plus his other resident is his two year old pit-bull - Buddy. There seems to be prejudice when trying to rent against them.
Anyway since he had no where to go with it he has been moving it from place to place and acquiring permission to temporarily park it from property owners. Well for what it is worth not every time works to his advantage...
He said he doesn't want it back but would dearly love to have his lives treasures and belongings out of it. But who to talk to?
Another kicker is the title was stolen from him and this may present another problem altogether. Help, help, help please.

If its been impounded then he can't be moving it all over the place.

And if he's moving it all over the place... he already has it. How can he not want it back? And if you know wher he is al you have to do is go with a moving van and get your stuff out of it wherever he has it that day.

Your post is very confusing and contradictory as it is written.

If he has it then he can get the serial numbers off it and apply for a duplicate title.
