Your shot is every 3 months. I have been on this for 3 yrs now and I have no problems with it. If it was Feb. 4 than.. May 4 would be the date. My doc. Always says that there is about a week play time in there... meaning that you have a week before or after that date that you can get the shot. I hoped I helped.

The first day of your period if you miss the exact date the nurse/doctor gave you which will have been about 10 weeks/3months (times vary with surgeries) after the injection.

I have had the depo - it was great the first time I cam off it was just to see how log it would be until my period cycle return (it was 6 months) then I went on it again. Although because I had taken a break I could not take it on the exact date which should be 3 months after the 1st injection so I waited until the first day of the second.

Every 3 months you do it !
