I can't tell if my nose piercing is a keloid or an abscess. Can anyone else see and tell me if it's a keloid or something totally different? It doesn't really hurt at all and sometimes it crusts over.

Keloids and abscesses are totally two different things. Can't access your picture but can tell you that a keloid is a hard surface under the skin, and you say it doesn't hurt so can't be an abscess otherwise there would be puss coming out all over the place when you touch it. Keep it clean with salt water, it takes longer for some others. Be patient and don't worry; keep your hands of it, it will be fine.
