Yes, I think it is safe to take, but I would like to add here that it differs from person to person. It can be safe for one person and unsafe for others, so it is not advice-able to take this without consulting a doctor as they can only guide you after checking you that if it is needed for you or not.

200,000 milligrams? That's 7 ounces. Are you sure of the quantity?
