Im trying to transfer my PO to Texas because my ex inlaws got me a place up there with my kids.Was staying there two prior to getting in trouble in Colorado.I haven't seen my kids in 8 months. I am a single mother and having a hard time getting Texas to approve my transfer.They want a letter from my ex in laws stating that there paying my bills till I am able to get a job.Please help me write a letter to get Texas to approve my Transfer so I can get back home to my babies

It appears your "inlaws" need to write the letter. You can not write the letter for them. They need to agree, that they will provide you a place to stay and pay your bills until you find a job. Just have them include where you will be staying, ( address) and that they will do those things. They need to sign it. ( best for them to notarize it)
