Model No. TBUG-BR045A1NS111 Is not igniting the gas to throw heat out of the unit. I do not measure 24V at the red and white wire of the thermostat or at the back of the heating unit itself. I shorted the red and white wires together from the thermostat and still unable to have the igniter kick in. What would be my next options?

Is there power going to the furnace? If so, find the transformer & check for 24 volts AC there. If there is none, check the incoming side for 120 volts AC. If there is power in but none out, the transformer has gone bad.
Afterthought: Make sure any doors are in place thus depressing any switches which need to be depressed to allow current flow.
