I found these definitions from a web page:

WHAT IS ADMINISTRATION?

Determination of goals and policies of an enterprise.

WHAT IS MANAGEMENT?

The act of coordination the elements or factors of production toward the achievement of the purposes of an organization.

ADMINISTRATION

-is the process of superintending the policies and guidelines
In an organization [ private or public organization] to produce
The outputs or the outcome.


MANAGEMENT

-is the process of implementing PLANNING, ORGANIZING, COORDINATING,
DIRECTING , LEADING AND CONTROLLING the resources effectively
To produce outputs or outcome.

Method of tending to (especially business) matters
The persons (or committees or departments etc.) who make up a body for the purpose of administering something; "he claims that the present administration is corrupt"; "the governance of an association is responsible to its members"; "he quickly became recognized as a member of the establishment"
The act of administering medication
Presidency: the tenure of a president; "things were quiet during the Eisenhower administration

MANAGMENT:
the act of managing something; "he was given overall management of the program"; "is the direction of the economy a function of government?"
