I have a 93 honda civic and it surges when I start it, and I left it run for about an hour and drove it and everything and it still does it, even when I am driving it it jumps sum times.. the speedometer also jumps around, I've tried 3 different computers and a peace the goes on the air intake manifold that has 2 hoes going in it, I cleaned them out and still it never helped.

Try replacing the igniter and let me know if it solved the problem. I would also replace the coil and rotor, while you have it opened up.

No that wouldent be the problem because its not mis firing any at all... when I drive it it holds a steady throutle, but when I slack off that fuel then it starts reving up, and surging.. but as long as I'm on the gas then it drives fine.. a friend said it could be the oxygen sensor, or one of the sensors on the throutle body that has to do with the fuel to air ratio, or the air tempature sensor. But I've had so many pepl tell me different things that could be rong I dunt no where to start.

Sounds as if your not getting enough fuel to the fuel injectors unless you have your foot on the gas - check your fuel pump.
