How do you add a 240v ground to a comercial sub panel that has no ground wire to that panel there is just wires in the nuetral bar and all other wires are hooked up to breakers, the main two leads hooked straight to panel and third wire is the nuetral hooked to nuetral bar separated from back of panel.

It's possible the conduit is the ground.

Why are you working in this panel?
Why do you think you need to add a ground?

Personally I feel you should not be working in a commercial panel if you are not a qualified electrician.

In this panel, are there any ground (bare conductors) connected within it?
