Hey
I've noticed a figure or a motive (Idk if either of these terms is correct) in a couple of movies that is used to convey emotion and the significance of a situation.
A few examples:
1. Catching fire: Katnis finishes her emotional speech in district 11 and the crowd salutes her, to thank her and show their respect.

2. Lord of the rings, the return of the king: Aragorn is crowned in Gondor and when the hobbits bow to him he says "You bow to no one" and then everyone bows to them.

3. Harry Potter 6: When Dumbledore dies and they all gather round him and light their wands in his honor, to pay their respects.

4. The last samurai: When katsumoto commits harakiri after being shot in the final battle. The enemy soldiers kneel, amazed by the courage, honour and everything. Again, it's paying homage, showing respect.

I was thinking of another one but forgot and now it's gnawing on me.. can you think of any more examples?

Any idea what this would be called? This figure?

Also, can you think of any similar figures?

Thanks :)
