Hello, I'm a female girl and I'm 19 years old. For the past week now I've been having excessive blood when I use the bathroom and poop. I've had hemorrhoids and in the past have had them bleed and usually hurt when they did. But this is different. When I go, it's a lot if blood. Not necessarily in my stool but on it, in the toilet and a lot when I wipe. Almost as if it's dripping out. I know this isn't just a few drops of blood, it literally looks like some one poured a cup if blood in the toilet. It hasn't stopped at all every time I've went to the bathroom. It doesn't hurt at all either. A few months back I was laying down and had a slight pain on my left side of my abdomen. I pushed down and could feel a pretty good size lump. I asked some people what it could be and said maybe it was one of my lymph nodes swolen from a infection or something. And I'm not sure if this would have anything to do with this? But I also get weakness/faint feeling spells. And are completely out of the blue. Usually in the morning time when I'm at work and I will be sitting down. I get shaky and a all over weak feeling in my body. But a hour or two will pass and eventually go away. I'm going to call my doctor soon to get checked out but I haven't had insurance so I kept putting it off. But now I'm getting worried as these symptoms get more intense.

Your symptoms are all over the place. Bright blood is from haemoroids, or a topical complication. If the blood was from some other place it would be a darker colour.

What presaged this problem you are having at only 19 years old?

You must see a doctor to be diagnosed properly. This cannot be done on line.
