We are considering getting a French Bulldog. I can bring a dog into the office with me, but wondering if the walk of about 25 minutes (each way) is too intense for the breed. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I don't know a lot about the breed, only what I've read. They're a flat faced breed, which means that they can have breathing issues. They're also a low activity dog.
I really can't say if any of that would affect taking it on a 25 minute walk twice a day. I do know that walking a frenchie when it's hot outside is risky.
Your best bet would be to talk with the breeder you choose. A breeder knows everything about their breed, and will be able to give you dos and dont's for the breed. A breeder will also be able to tell you what genetic defects the breed is known for, and what testing they've done to avoid those defects.
Good luck. :)
They're cute dogs. Not my taste, I prefer big eared and big snouts with tons of energy, but I've heard that frenchies make great pets, especially if you don't have a very active lifestyle, or for apartment living.

French bulldogs are prone to gain weight because of the lifestyle they have to adopt. Yes, breathing issues will deter strenuous activity so walking that much will lead to respiratory problems. They are doggy couch potatoes, but very loveable and good with other pets, but as Alty suggests, ask the breeder.
