This film was about a fat white or yellow dog, that went to a farm. He wore a tie and walked on two legs. He had a friend, which was a border collie (Black and white, I believe) and he liked this collie dog, who was pretty. Later, in the end of the movie, the fat dog and the collie had puppies. It is an Old Animated Movie, probably came out around the time All Dogs go to Heaven came out, and I believe the studio who made this was Universal Studios, but I do not know. It was not Disney, I think.

Now, I know the fat dog's name was like 'ralph, henry, Herald' or something, but it was a human name.

Please help! I am been trying so hard to find this movie!
