I have a Troy Built Generator Model 01919 that will quit running after 1/2 Hr. to 1 Hr. running time. I will go out and it will start right away.

These emergency generators shut themselves down when overloaded as a self-protection feature. Check the maximum output specs (wattage) against the total wattage of everything being powered. Reduce the load if necessary. Test the generator with minimal load for 1 hour. If it shuts down then you have a generator problem.
