I have a judgement on me and all I get is my unemployment they took all of the first check can they take all the rest of my unemployment check? I thought Unemployment is a salary. I can also do a Mortgage release and the bank will paid up to 6,000 for any lien I only own HOA 3,000 it seem like they don't want to take off lien off the property if they cost me to not qualify for program and the bank do a foreclosed on my home, what right do I have?

UI is an insurance payment. Your employer pays a premium into a fund to cover your payments. However, I believe it can be garnished. But not to take the whole amount. Did they take it from your bank account?
The rest of your post is unclear. A properly executed lien just prevents the property from being sold until the lien is satisfied. So its not clear what the issue is.
