In my right labia minora there is some extra growth since last 10 years.. It was like pimples when I noticed it and I did not worried about this becoz I thought it was normal pimples... but after few years later I noticed that it grew a little... and looked like very small fingers were collected in a branch(1/2 half inch in height).it formed a branch together.. very small, normal skin colored.. and if I hurt it then I can feel pain other wise no pain.. now my left labia minora also affected by this... I went to a lady doctor.. doctor prescribed a lition but it did not worked.. another lady doctor was unable to detect the problem.I'm not married and I'm 29 yr old... There are numerous kinds of skin growths, and I'm surprised that you were given a lotion, and also surprised that neither doctor could diagnose them.

One condition might be venereal/genital warts, which are caused by a virus caught by any kind of contact, not necessarily sex. Those are either frozen off or painted with a watery drug.

They could be 'soft fibromas' or 'irritation polyps,' both harmless.

They could be 'skin tags,' although that is not common in the labia (also harmless). I had one on the side of my thigh that got as big as a lima bean. It had no feeling unless it got caught on my clothes, so the nerves were only in the stalk. A doctor removed it with a shot of anesthetic. You can have a shot that is on the outside of the labia so it won't hurt so much.

Obviously these are all just guesses based on what is most common inside the labia. Most common is genital warts.
