I locst 65 lbs in about 4 months. That was so fast that I ended up needing gall bladder surgery as a result. 60 days is not realistic.

To lose is very simple. Stop eating. You have to burn more than you take in. So I used to eat 2 meals a day and to suppress my appetite I'd drink Earl Grey Tea. Since you have a little one it will be hard to exercise I bet. That would help too. Running is best, but real running not a treadmill.

Good luck.

I am sorry this is not the answer you want to hear Bell. But losing that much weight in that short of a time is VERY dangerous to your health.

In all actuality, if you lose weight fast, you tend to put it back on. But if you go slow, you tend to keep it off.

Set yourself a healthy goal. Say a year to lose 60 pounds. Then reward yourself for a goal achieved. If you lose it more quick, make the reward bigger.

But you must set a long-term goal in this rather than a short-term goal.

Eat healthy, no fast foods or processed foods, and get the needed exercise to burn of the unwanted calories.

Not eating is just as bad as over eating. Your body needs some calories every 2-3 hrs to survive. I lost 80lbs in 6 months. It wasn't super easy but what did help was taking essential fatty acid, b6, and b12 vitamins. Drinking 80-90 ounces of water every day and making sure I actually ate enough food. I used to try and eat only once or twice a day, but I learned from my nutriotionist that makes your body store fat. Try and stick to having at least 2 1/2 cups of veggies a day, 80 cal or less of breads (preferably wheat) and have 3-4 ounces of protein, red meat as an occasional treat, at lunch and dinner. For breakfast have something with protein, an egg or a couple pieces of 2% craft singles with some melba toast. Cut out caffiene the nutrionist told me it will inhibit actual wieght loss over time. Eat a piece of fruit every day before 3 pm.

This is exactly what I did and also had some protein suppliments. If you get suppliments check the sugar content, most are loaded with sugar. Arbonne has a great one and you can order the ones I used from medifast. I also had to walk 20 min a day. I learned if you walk earlier in the day you will burn calories for 12 hrs, vs walking and sleeping.

I started at 110 and was a size 18 (I'm short) I gained a lot of lean muscle from walking and doing pilates so I ended up weighing 145 and wearing a 6-8.
It was one of the best things I ever did for myself.

GOOD LUCK!! I'm pregnant now and going to start back on this program at the end of the year after the baby gets here. :)
