My little boy is very stubborn and he will scream nonstop for an hour if you let him. I have tried everything! He was a drug baby when he was born his mother and his potential father both had anger issues. So I am very concerned. He use to go to bed with no problem but now he screams so loud that you can hear him outside and sometimes there are no tears. He hits, bites, pinches, and throws his sippy and tries to hit you with it. I don't know what to do. If you tell him no he will look at you and do it anyway and if you tap his hand he will hit you. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is 15 months and adopted.

He could easily have permanent effects from the drugs in his mother's body. He needs medical attention as soon as you can. You need to be prepared for years of behavioral problems.
