My 3 and half yr old son is suffering from west syndrome seizures with delay development since birth and is being treated with tabs vigabatrin(500), nitravet 5 and topamac, also tried acth inj. But the problem still persits. His physical condition is all right. My doctor is unsure about when it will cure. He doesn't talk at all. Pse help me out.

There's really nothing anyone on this site can offer you. There are no doctors on this site. Even if there were, without a full medical history, and access to all tests done, medications given, progress, and access to your child, it would be impossible for a doctor online to give you any advice.

It's really best to continue communicating with your doctor, or even seeking a second opinion if you feel this doctor isn't giving you the help your son needs.
