Hi 3 weeks ago I had unprotected oral and now I see a cluster of tiny mostly white, maybe a little pink , bumps below the penis opening they don't look like herpes or warts though and I don't have any itching or burning symptoms sometimes I get a tingling sensation or stabbing sensation that comes and goes but that usually goes away if I drink a lot of water and/or urinate. Can you please tell me what this is ?

Infection of some type. There are 100's of them, so you will have to get it checked at doctors office

Thank you for your reply Chuck. Are you sure it's an infection and not just some kind of normal growth or a reaction to some irritant ?

This is pretty causal. You had unprotected oral sex and now you have bumps where you didn't have bumps before. It has to be some type of infection and a local doctor is the only way to treat it.

OK thank you for the reply but do you have any idea what it could be ? I've read some stuff on other forums and I'm just really confused and I can't go see a doctor right now so an answer would really calm me right now

I have no idea. As you can see there are MANY different things it could be and for me to speculate what it could be would be reckless. It might be a yeast infection, it might be an STI, could be any one of a number of subcutaneous bacterial infections, could be an allergic reaction, could be blocked ducts, or maybe just dead skin. There is no way you could get me enough information to say what it is. That is why you need to see a doctor. That is the ONLY way.

Instead of taking the cheap way out get to a doctor where he can run test to see what the proper way of treating this is, before it spreads or gets worse. Nobody can diagnose you without the proper tests and training.
