I was wondering if constant yellow pee could mean I am pregnant?

My pee is not normally yellow all day. And for a couple of weeks its been bright yellow.

Certain vitamins can cause this as many vitamins are excreted in the urine.

Yellow urine is not in and of itself a sign or symptom of pregnancy.

Are you drinking enough water? Dehydration can cause this also.

Have you taken a HPT yet? If not, please do so using first morning urine.

Actually I cut down the pop and always drink close 2 L of water a day. This has started more recently, my best guess is the folic acid.

Hey there, I've been pregnant 6 times, and have 4 children at hom... So I can tell you from my personal knowledge that yellow pee is not a sign of pregnancy. It is though a sign of dehydration. Bright neon coloured is what it looks like with dehydration.

Healthy pee should be a pale lemon colour. Folic acid alone would not produce yellow pee.

Actually Tickle, an over abundance of folic acid is excreted in the urine. So it is possible that this is the cause of the yellow color of her urine.

I would be interested in knowing exactly how much she is taking.

Also understand that folic acid will not aid in getting pregnant, but will aid in a healthy pregnancy.
