I forgot the name of a show from the late 90s or early 2000s, in the vain of invasion america, mib, roswell, batman tas, etc. Which means, it was a kind of serious cartoon, dark, with a conspiracy undertone, probably short lived, probably a bit more than a dozen episodes, where the main guys were 2 guys where 1 was big and the other was skinny.
