When the temp drops , the motor start to blow the heat to the floors but it have a big sound every time it starts but after one or 2 seconds it become quiet , all function is normal as usual.

Are you sure it is the motor? Sounds to me like it could be the metal ducts flexing.
Have someone start the furnace while you are near it. You may be better able to tell from where the sound is coming.
