Best thing you could have done after abortion was have curetage. You should not be having any pain. Re check up, please have with the doctor who carried out the procedure. I am surprised you don't have a follow up.

If you don't have a fever either, then I see no reason for concern.

In the US anyway, follow ups are not common.

Thank you for your reply guys... really appreciate it... I haven't done any checkup since the procedure... because base on my research 2weeks after the procedure is the best time to have a check up... my question is.. is it normal that after the procedure I haven't felt any cramps, pain or even any bleeding? is it normal that I'm always dizzy? when I pee, my abdomen hurts... is it infection? I'm afraid that I'm still preganant=(... please help... thank you so much

If you knew when to have a check up, why did you ask what was the best time to get one ?

You say you haven't had any discomfort, yet in next sentence you say you have. Which is it ?

No, you should not be dizzy, and as for the infection, we can't diagnose here but you should see your doctor immediately. If the D&C was done properly, or if you even had one, you would not be pregnant.

You could have a urinary tract infection (UTI) so call the doctor's office and tell the desk people about the symptoms.

No more going back and forth... as the others have said, you'll need to see a doc for a proper check-up and to ease your fears.
