Young man is in the country working as a mechanic in Oklahoma he has a visa.. the business owner buys and fixes cars for resell . Police stopped the young man whom was testing the car and the police found he didn't have any registration for the car. He has to report to traffic court. As far as the registration is concern, isn't that the business owners problem. The young man is worry he will be deported?

It should be the owner's problem, but under the law, whoever is driving the vehicle is responsible for knowing that he has to have it with the car. I hope the driver has the ability to politely but firmly let the owner know that he has an ethical obligation to go to court with him, or maybe even try to pay a fine before it goes to court. And if not, to use the media and the business reputation to knock some sense into the business owner! Sometimes you can dig up some dirt on the owner, such as not having a car dealer's license (that's a big one), AND an employer tax ID with the IRS, another big one, and use it as leverage.
Dealer licenses should be listed on the OK.gov website. Try that first.
(Is his visa for work?)
