I know this sounds nutty, but I'm almost certain a hostile neighbor is has some sort of electrical harassment aimed at my house - I can't figure out what but something is definitely going on. It feels like an annoying "pricking" on my skin that is usually on my face, or scalp and often near my eyes. Sort of like an itch that needs to be scratched but occasionally a bit painful. Sometimes I don't notice it at all and sometime the sensations are very pronounced - sort of like it was being turned on and off. It's more noticeable in certain areas of the house.

Yeah - I know - it sounds pretty weird. It's been going on a while now and if it wasn't such a constant occurrence I would just think it's my imagination. I've tried to be objective - I'm not a paranoid person or given to conspiracy theories. My biggest concern is this may damaging to my health or have long-term health consequences.

I've researched the net and I wonder if it could be microwave energy as the "symptoms" seem to fit. But this seems a bit far fetched as (I'm assuming) it would take a huge microwave output to blanket large portions of my house. I bought a inexpensive microwave leakage detector and the dial never budged. I am totally baffled.

My neighbor it weird and probably psychotic. I've tried to talk to him but he just brushes me off. I want to resolve this issue and I'm sure I can - I just need to get a clue on which direction to proceed. Moving isn't an option. Does anyone have any suggestions or has gone through something similar?

Yes, does sound weird. Why would your neighbour devise a complicated and probably expensive way of annoying you ?

The only way you will determine if this is true is getting some sort of expert (I'm not even sure who) to run tests to detect any waves going through your house.

Buy a thermal imaging camera to see what he's doing around his house. Most cost thousands, or you can try this

And he was so controlling that he yelled at me to get rid of yellow jackets in my foundation (when I did, they all went over to his house, LOL). He took a chainsaw and lopped off 2' of another neighbor's shed. Tinfoil wasn't going to stop him, and if he had known about some sort of ray gun back then, he'd have used it. He finally gave up and moved.
