How did you have an orgasm? I assume that this wasn't the first time you had sex. Were you properly lubricated? IE there wasn't any chaffing? Did he use his fingers? Toys? Condom? Is this the first time this has happened? Did you notice any pain?

Bright red blood usually indicates bleeding in the vaginal canal, valvular vestibule, or the external genitals. Usually it is small and closes up on its own. You will need to keep him away for a little bit while it heals, but you should be fine. If the bleeding there continues for more then a day then you should visit your doctor and get checked out.
