Does anyone know how to obtain a passport application form, electronically, without having to visit the embabsy in London? I have a portuguese passort and need to apply for one for my spouse.

I believe when applying for the first time, you must go in person.

Hi! I am looking to do the same thing... any luck? Do you have any advice or info on costings and time scale? My girlfriend in Brazilian and lives there but I live in London and am Portuguese. I'd so appreciate the advice! Thanks!
