A car moving at 60 km / h collides head-on with another that was 72 km / h the result will be the same as if both cars are moving in the same direction and has the second behind the first? Why?

Please clarify your question - this part makes no sense as written: "the result will be the same as if both cars are moving in the same direction and has the second behind the first."
