They are round sore places they are not bleeding but they are very red and painful. ALSO ME AND MY BOYFRIEND ARE NOT INFECTED WITH AN STD!! I am worried about what they are. I have had them for about 5 days. I have tried putting neosporin on them and a thing like neo called bag balm. I place it on there maybe 3 times a day but only for a couple days like 2 or 3.

Probably irritation from shaving but it could also be an STD. You can be 100 percent sure where you have been, but he could be less honest than you think.
