He's on probation as a Y.O got charged with burglary, 3 yrs into probation he stole 40$ in change and got charged with burglary 2nd and petit larceny. He admitted he did it. What do you think is going to happen?we have a baby that's going to be here any day :(

Probibly go back to jail... having a baby won't change things... lots of people in jail have kids and wives.

But that's all up to the judge, the PO and the DA... his lawyer will have to plead for them to go easy on him.
