My x room mate left a couple of months ago. (out of state) She left some of her clothes, furniture and other personal belongings. What kind of time limit can I give her to get them out before I sell them? She left owing me money.

Send her a certified letter giving her 30 days to remove them or you will dispose of them as you see fit.
