Hi,

I have few questions about my H1B status expiry.



1. My initial 3 years H1B status is expiring on 30th September 2007. Now I wanted to apply for extension/revalidation ( I don't know which term is appropriate here) for another 3 years for the same employer. Now I wanted to know how and when to proceed for applying.



2. Is this extension/revalidation of H1B status com under H1B Cap?



I apprreciate your help in this regard.
