We live in Travis County Texas. Awhile ago we had a swarm of bees and they were getting in the house through an a/c vent. We change ac filters every 2 weeks, we have dust all over the house. Furniture, electronics you name it is covered in dust (lots of it) we are coughing constantly. My ac unit is a Bryant brand new (April 2013) duct work also brad new. Called the installer he told me the bees were impossible, and the dust is from construction. He suggested a better filter. There is no more construction. Don't know what to do. Any advice?

This may not be a problem with the system itself. If you have one of the older systems with the air handler outside of the building you may have an opening in the air chamber where it fastens to the building, allowing dust and insects (and likely some additional heat) to enter the ductwork after the filter. If your air handler is inside, the only possibility I can recommend is having your ductwork videoed to find the break. Other possibilities may occur to our HVAC experts, but bees don't like to live in a/c systems.
