I signed custody of my children over for insurance purposes only.Ive been married since I was 17 to there son.He lost a very well paying job along with our insurance.That was 2011 its now September of 2013.I was in a car wreck in February of 2013.I was rear ended. I wad making a left turn of our highway 33.I was only going 4 miles an hour and was hit at 64miles an hour. I lost my 4 year old but my 9 year old survived.Since then my husband and his parents have turned on me.As of August 16 he left me stole my daughter from my sisi where she was attending a Birthday party,and have her to his parents.Im only a house wife and a sonic carhop.He shut my phone off the same night,bankcard electric and left me with no vehicle.I told my mom if I don't get the best attorney I will lose everything.For my daughter is the only one to carry on there last name to.I got 5000 dollars from my mom,thank god.I got a car on my own an attorney my electric back on in my name and a phone.I currently won supervised visits with the parents.We have already had an expired do to them not following any of the courts orders him nor parents were allowing my visits.They are scheduled at there house due to the fact I failed a urine test for pot.My husband smoked with me all our lifes.I prefer not to use man made drugs.Also his parents hate me too and I have not been allowed in the house since the wreck.Everything is still locked up in chambers remember temporary hearing then expedited hearing just to see her.The judge has all ready stated if the rules aren't being followed I will get sole custody of my daughter.They are using the guardianship as shame cover up.My children have always lived with me and there lying and saying not so.I am a great mom never been in trouble except a DUI in 2010.I love my kids.I currently have a Protective order on my husband he keeps breaking in my house and stealing my stuff,while on my visits.Hr lives with them and my daughter.He gives the courts his brothers address so they are trying to figure all this out( the judge).Neway he stole my last pics of my kids and my daughter's urn last night.I have pressed charges but nothing being done.My real life horror story.
