I have had herpes for going on 4 years now and I can't afford to get treated and I have no insurance and I have been getting bumps all over my arms back and my side for 4 months now and I'm scared I'm going to die

Are you in the U.S. How do you know it's herpes?

Hmmm, you seem to be digging yourself in deep. Hope you didn't get her pregnant.

Have you gone to the ER? You will have to wait (since you're not dying), but you will be examined and tested there for free and they will give you a prescription. (My homeless buddy who hung out at the library where I worked always headed for the ER when he got sick and never had to pay a cent.) You might have to pay for the prescription -- don't know.

You will have to ask them about talking to financial and ask to fill out a grant otherwise they will send you bills.

Have you contacted your county Health Department? This is what they deal with on a daily basis.

I was going to suggest there too, but I think OP wants to get bumps diagnosed to see if they are a symptom of his herpes.

I'm a little unclear if the Herpes is an assumption or an actual diagnosis.

I don't know but he said he has had herpes for 4 years. I was wondering if it was an assumption too. But I think he is worrying about the bumps being a next level toward dying from the herpes.

Bottom line, you need to find a way to get the medication you need, and the treatment you need. There are options available, so look into them.

There's really nothing we can do to help you, we can't pay for your treatment.
