I just discovered a little while ago while washing my 2 yr old daughters face she has a lump up in her nostril, it's far enough up that its not an area that is ever touched by fingers or anything. It appears to be closing off her nasal passage quite a bit, it's the same color as the nose membrane inside. I am just really worried, and need to know possibilities of what it may be. Thank you.

Don't assume before you get professional advice. She is still breathing properly, is she not? We can't diagnose for you, she needs to be seen by her doctor.
