I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my second child, and I just had a bloody bowl movement. I didn't experience this with my son, is this something worth an ER visit? My doctors and obgyn offices are both closed for the weekend.

If you had a bloody bowel movement, it is coming from your rectum. Were you constipated and had to strain, if so, it could be hemorroid blood.

We can't diagnose for you over the internet; do what you think is best if you are more comfortable going to the ER at l0 weeks, then do so, but think about it first and realize where the blood was coming from.
